Ride to Zion

Well the weather has turned nice and I had the itch to get out on the bike. Shelley and the girls were heading to AZ to visit with family so Timmer and I decided to join Steve and Jill's family and Mom and Dad for a few days in Zion.

We had our pick of the campground as it was less than half full when we arrived on Friday morning.

Steve and Dad hauled their bikes in their trailers since they both had the family with them. We had our pick of the campground as it was less than half full when we arrived on Friday morning.

Friday afternoon we hiked to the top of the arch above the tunnel. It was a short hike but fun for the kids.

Saturday morning we hiked the Watchman trail up to the overlook. It was perfect weather and a beautiful morning.

We all headed back Saturday evening. It was a great weekend and it was a fabulous ride.
